Ala Carte breakfast from 7.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. daily in the Private Villa. Please reconfirm the menu one day before along with the breakfast time to Butler

The hotel provide rental bike, its subject to availability with additional charge. Advance reservation is required. Please contact our Butler for more details.
BATHROOM
The bathroom floor is slippery when wet. Please be very careful when you step into the floor after your bath or shower.

DRINKING WATER
The tap water in your room has been sanitized but we advise you NOT to drink it. Two bottles of complimentary mineral water are provided in your bathroom daily and Gallon at Dining Room.

In the event of an earth quake Remain calm, do not run or panic. Stay where you are. Most injuries happen when people are entering or leaving buildings.

All in house guests are required to have their ID card or passport to check in to
the Vila. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guest without a valid form

All rooms are equipped with high speed internet. If you have questions about your service or how to setup your computer on our high speed internet, please contact the Butler.
KEY ROOMS
If your key can’t be used, please notify the Butler immediately so that your lock
may be re-coded. Please return your key to the Butler upon check-out.
LATE CHECK OUT
The Villa is pleased to accommodate check out after 12.00 noon upon request with additional charge and subject to availability.

The supplies in your minibar is at charge based on the minibar bill placed above the minibar.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available for all registered villa guests. The villa cannot be responsible for items left in the vehicles on the villa property.
Pet Policy
For the convenience of other guest & in an effort to help us provide the cleanest & most sanitary accommodations available, pets are not permitted. The Butler will be glad to help you make other arrangements for your pets.

A wide range of food and beverage items are available through Room Service From 7.00 am until 11.00 pm. Please contact Butler.
Safety Box
A personal electronic safe is provided in your room. Please note that the villa
is not responsible for items of value that are not stored in the personal safe.

Spa
Spa is located next to the villa. Open from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm, we receive last order 9.00 pm. Please contact our Butler. The Spa name is Gayatree Spa.
Swimming Pool
Each villa compound has own private swiming pool. Light meals and beverages can also be enjoyed at the poolside. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by adult.

Sales taxes are based on local and federal re¬quirements.
